Coaching gives you the clarity + confidence you need to lead your team through change (without losing yourself along the way)

If this sounds like you, we might be a good fit for each other

01 You’re a chronic overthinker, mind in overdrive 100% of the time. You question every decision you make, and you’re left overwhelmed with choices, stuck, not sure if you’re making the right call

02 You’re leading a team going through a lot of turbulence at the moment, and you’re struggling to manage yourself before you even think about projecting a level of confidence you’re not feeling

03 You care deeply about your team, and the work you do, and you want to be the most effective version of yourself as a leader, without losing yourself along the way (or burning out again)

Amale is an exceptional coach. She has the ability to create a safe and curious space where previously impossible solutions are able to present themselves. If you want to upgrade you leadership and life I highly recommend to work with Amale

what would working together look like

3 months of tailored 1:1 sessions to supercharge your leadership + unlimited access to ask Qs in between sessions. This is my standard process, but we can tailor a programme to your needs.

  • 4 x 90min sessions

These sessions are not for the faint hearted! They are in-depth sessions where we explore your values, your vision, your priorities, your goals and what’s standing in your way.

Expect deep soul searching, some WTF!? moments and a lot of honesty. At the end of this month, you should be in a position to clearly express your vision for yourself as a leader, as well as identify all the things that are currently standing in the way of you achieving it.

  • 2 x 50min sessions

By now you should be clear on your goals, your priorities and your blockers. In this phase of the programme, we get tactical.

We’ll design experiments to start moving the needle on some of your priorities, and we’ll test out different ways to shift your perspective around some of the negative beliefs that might be holding you back.

The sessions might be shorter, but I’ll remain on hand at any time to troubleshoot questions and issues as they come up.

  • 2 x 50min session

In these sessions, we’ll start building the tools, systems and habits you need to double down on what worked for you so far.

That way if we decide to stop working together for now, you’ll have the right infrastructure and support in place to keep your momentum going.

When I started with Amale I was at a professional crossroads and had choice paralysis over my next move. Amale helped me distill all my ideas into clear goals and values, making the decision much clearer. She helped define a clear action plan for how to move forward that aligned to my personal and professional goals and was a calm guiding voice during a stressful period.

Am I the right coach for you?

I spent my career in strategy, innovation and digital and organisational transformation. I’m a sharp thinker and a great listener (at least that’s what clients tell me).

A few years ago, I was executive strategy director at a Japanese based tech consultancy, going through a global operating model redesign. A badly handled one. That was my catalyst to leaving a career I’d spent a long time prioritising over anything else, and setting up my own business, The Brick Coach.

I now work with leaders and teams to make sure they don’t go through the same experience I did, by helping them better navigate organisational change, shifting personal priorities and a future of work reality no one prepared us to lead in.

Most of my clients are directors, heads of, C-suite, and founders in high pressure environments, from financial services, to media, and tech.

I first help them align who they are as humans with who they want to be as effective leaders, before deep diving into the tactics, habits and ways of working that will elevate the way they lead.

Personally, I’m a multi-hyphenate who hates being put in a box. My values are honesty, authenticity and adventure. If that sounds like you, let’s chat.

The most important outcome for me was reframing what I wanted to accomplish with my decision & adjust my mindset and choice making accordingly. Amale is kind, understanding, and engaged. She showed great wisdom where and when it was necessary to guide me but left most of the reflection, discovery and breakthrough to occur on my side

HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?

If you have anything else on your mind that I havne't answered for you here, just get in touch
  • Coaching takes work. It’s not a magic bullet.

Coaching is for you if you’re ready to make a change + willing to put in the work to make it happen!

  • I hear you, coaching can feel a bit vague sometimes.

If this is your first coaching experience, it can be intimidating - I hear it quite often from clients “do I need to prepare for this?”

The short answer is: you need to have an idea of what you want to focus on to start, and we’ll uncover plenty of stuff as we go along.

Not sure you do? Let’s chat and see

  • Oooooh, good question!

Coaching won’t “work” for you if you’re expecting it to be some miracle cure.

Think of coaching more like dieting vs a miracle weight loss cure. It takes some habit changes + ongoing effort to keep those pounds off.

So if you’re expecting instant results, and for me to give you all the answers, coaching might not be right for you right now.

  • Go with your gut - find someone you know gets you

For me, when I’m looking for a coach, I ask myself: do I trust this person? do they understand where I’m coming from? Will they challenge me when I might feel like giving up? Do they have a sense of humour?

What’s your version of those questions?

  • Ooof, way to hurt my non-niching heart.

I trained in transformational coaching, which basically means I treat a human as a whole. We tackle any challenge you might have by thinking of where you are today, where you want to go next and what barriers you need to overcome to get there.

Given my leadership and executive background, I tend to work with folks in the same boat. I still treat all my clients like full humans, so expect to talk about personal stuff in our sessions - who you are outside of work needs to feel in sync with you are at work, no?

I am ICF accredited - not that anyone’s asked me about that so far.
