KEYNOTES THAT EQUIP LEADERS TO FEAR LESS, AND BUILD EXPERIMENTAL TEAMS THAT NAVIGATE CHANGE WELL TOGETHER.
Meet your speaker
Amale Ghalbouni
(pronounced ah-maal)
Transformation Strategist | Executive Coach | Founder, The Brick Coach | Global Keynote Speaker
With almost two decades, Amale has transformed global brands by turning risk-averse cultures into experimentation engines. From strategy consulting at FTSE 100 firms to founding The Brick Coach, she now equips restless leaders to lead change-ready teams that move faster, together. She has worked with companies like Levi’s, UBS, Ralph Lauren, Generali, Visa, Microsoft, LSE, and many more.
Before TEDx stages, Amale pitched high-stakes recommendations to boards who needed real results, not just slide decks. Today, her keynotes and workshops deliver the same: sharp frameworks + real stories for immediate breakthroughs.
What sets me apart:
Clients don't just listen, they act.
I make complex transformation actionable, by giving every audience all the tools, stories and shifts they need to lead differently the minute they walk out of the room.
Here are some of the topics I’m currently speaking about on repeat.
These sessions can be offered as a keynote or longer form experiential workshops. Other topics are available on request.
I’ve never given the same talk, or run the same workshop, twice. I tailor the content, the stories and the interaction to each audience’s needs.
Some of my recent keynote topics
FEARLESS LEADERSHIP IN TIMES OF UNCERTAINTY
Uncertainty is here to stay. And for most teams, it's showing up as delayed decisions, burned out people, and a creeping culture of playing it safe.
In this keynote, I introduce the concept of the Big Freeze, what it looks like, why it happens, and what it costs. And show leaders exactly how to move their teams from the Big Freeze towards Free Flow, where smart risk-taking becomes the norm rather than the exception.
Your audience will leave knowing:
Why their team is freezing, what's really driving it, and how to diagnose it in every day moments
The five conditions that make experimental risk-taking survivable inside complex, risk averse organisations
Practical moves they can make this week to shift the culture around them
THE SCIENCE OF BUILDING CHANGE READY TEAMS
Change isn't slowing down, but your people might be. Change fatigue is setting in, stretching capacity, testing trust, and leaving teams reactive instead of ready.
In this keynote, I make the case that change-readiness isn't a mindset you can train into people in a day. It's a repeatable process you build deliberately, over time, to grow your team's collective courage.
Your audience will leave knowing:
Why change programmes fail, and what's actually getting in the way of teams feeling change-ready
How to shape change initiatives in a way that survives contact with a fearful, risk-averse team
Practical moves that build momentum immediately, even inside organisations that are slow to change
Tailor every interaction to your team’s specific needs
One Speaker, Multiple Ways to Move the Needle
I don’t believe in a cookie-cutter approach to speaking. Whether you are hosting a global summit for 5,000 leaders or an intimate leadership offsite, I tailor the format, stories, and level of interaction to meet your specific needs.

Questions I get asked
I tried to cover the most common questions I get asked. For anything else, please feel free to drop me a line.
-
Yes! I run workshops, deliver keynotes, and have fireside chats remotely. I’ve spoken at large global events remotely, but screenshots of the event don’t really do the sessions justice, do they?
If you’re planning a remote session, please mention that in your enquiry -
Yes - I’ve done fireside chats, panels, AMAs, and MC’ed an event or two. My core formats are keynotes and workshops, but don’t let that stop you from dropping me a note if you have other formats in mind
-
Yep! I’ve run sessions in persons in Asia, Europe and the Americas - and remote sessions as far as Australia and New Zealand.
Please mention the location of your event when you fill in an enquiry form -
Yes. These are just some of my recent topics, but I’m happy to co-create a session around (almost) any topic in leadership, innovation, and transformation.

Biggest: 1000+
Smallest: 5!
I don’t believe in a cookie cutter approach to speaking or workshop design, so I work with each client to tailor the right session to the right audience they have in mind -
17 years in consulting means I am completely sector agnostic. I have worked across financial services, insurance, retail, travel, experiential, media, heavy industrials, and so so many more!
At the end of the day, leaders and teams are going through similar challenges across the board, and my ability to take learnings from one industry to the other is what makes my talks universally applicable. -
I always have slides. I’m a visual and kinaesthetic sort of human, and find having something to anchor my audience’s attention really helps.
So I would need an AV port and a screen. For workshops, expect me to bring props, bricks and other physical artefacts to engage your audience with! -
Sure thing, drop an email to amale@thebrick.coach with your request
