Meet your speaker

Hi, I’m Amale

I’m an expert on all things strategy, leadership and transformation. Over the last 17 years, I have helped global brands build sustainable business growth by embracing a human centric culture of experimentation. So they can move faster, with more confidence, together.

Long before I started officially speaking at conferences, events and offsites, I’ve been delivering high stakes presentations to boards and clients to help them move the needle on their business. This combination of sharp strategic thinking and tried and tested storytelling techniques now comes in handy when I deliver talks, run high stakes leadership offsites, or bring entire teams together to help them work better together.

Clients consistently tell me they value my clarity and my ability to break down complex concepts into actionable steps for leaders and their teams to implement.

As an executive coach, a highly experienced facilitator and the founder of The Brick Coach, I bring stories of real leaders and real teams to each talk I give. So everyone in the audience can feel seen, empowered and inspired to make real change happen.

Some of my recent keynote topics include:

I’ve never given the same talk, or run the same workshop, twice. Every single time, I tailor the content, the stories and the engagement to the audience’s needs.

To give you a flavour, here are some of the topics I’m currently speaking about on repeat.

These sessions can be offered as a keynote or longer form experiential workshops.

  • Uncertainty is here to stay, and it might be costing you.

It’s delaying critical decisions, it’s burning out your team, and affecting their engagement and performance levels.

So how do you lead with confidence through all this uncertainty?

This keynote introduces a powerful mindset shift: fearlessness isn’t the absence of fear, it’s learning to move with it.

You’ll explore the four emotional stages of every bold move, and learn how small, strategic experiments can help you de-risk action, build momentum, and lead with confidence.

Designed for senior teams navigating big shifts, this talk gives your people permission to take bold, human, and thoughtful steps forward. Together.

  • AI might be transforming how we work, but human connection is still the heart of how we perform.

In this era of constant transformation, it’s the deeply human skills that matter most: trust, communication, and psychological safety.

And the courage to embrace AI to augment, not replace, the great work leaders and teams are doing already.

This keynote explores the intersection of human connectedness and AI, giving your audience the mindset shifts and practical guidance they need to build a culture where AI complements, rather than competes.

  • Strategy can’t drive results if your people don’t get it, or didn’t help shape it in the first place.

This keynote is a practical guide for leaders looking to build change that actually sticks within their organisation.

You’ll learn how to turn abstract plans into a shared direction, create buy-in through co-creation, and bring clarity to even the most complex priorities.

Rooted in behavioural economics, design thinking and facilitation techniques, this keynote will give you frameworks and tools to clarify your message and involve your team in the process.

Because when your team gets it, they act on it - and your performance and engagement scores will reflect that.

  • When everything feels like it’s high-stakes, overthinking can kill any momentum you have built in your organisation.

This keynote offers a fresh approach: confidence through action, built on small, strategic experiments. It’ll show your audience how embracing an experimental mindset can help you de-risk your what you do next.

Perfect for leaders and teams navigating change, growth, or complex decision making.

  • We don’t just work for goals anymore, we work for meaning.

And with new generations entering the workplace and completely reshaping what work even means, now is the time to introduce new rituals and habits that bring teams closer together.

In the rush to what’s next, many teams miss a critical step: recognising what’s working, and more importantly what’s not.

This keynote makes the case for celebration as a strategic lever for growth and high performance.

You’ll learn how to build simple rituals that reinforce progress, boost morale, and keep momentum high through uncertainty.

Because when people feel seen, they show up differently.

And when they’re encouraged to open up about the things that haven’t worked so well, the entire team wins.

Questions I get asked

I tried to cover the most common questions I get asked. For anything else, please feel free to drop me a line.

  • Yes! I run workshops, deliver keynotes, and have fireside chats remotely. I’ve spoken at large global events remotely, but screenshots of the event don’t really do the sessions justice, do they?

If you’re planning a remote session, please mention that in your enquiry

  • Yes - I’ve done fireside chats, panels, AMAs, and MC’ed an event or two. My core formats are keynotes and workshops, but don’t let that stop you from dropping me a note if you have other formats in mind

  • Yep! I’ve run sessions in persons in Asia, Europe and the Americas - and remote sessions as far as Australia and New Zealand.

Please mention the location of your event when you fill in an enquiry form

  • Sadly, no. I have standard fees that I’d be happy to share when we discuss your session.

  • Yes. These are just some of my recent topics, but I’m happy to co-create a session around (almost) any topic in leadership, transformation and team performance.

  • Biggest: 1000+

    Smallest: 5!

I don’t believe in a cookie cutter approach to speaking or workshop design, so I work with each client to tailor the right session to the right audience they have in mind

  • 17 years in consulting means I am completely sector agnostic. I have worked across financial services, insurance, retail, travel, experiential, media, heavy industrials, and so so many more!

At the end of the day, leaders and teams are going through similar challenges across the board, and my ability to take learnings from one industry to the other is what makes my talks universally applicable.

  • I always have slides. I’m a visual and kinaesthetic sort of human, and find having something to anchor my audience’s attention really helps.

So I would need an AV port and a screen. For workshops, expect me to bring props, bricks and other physical artefacts to engage your audience with!

  • Well… that really depends on your session’s complexity, the audience, the prep, the engagement, and duration. As a rough guide, my shorter sessions start at £3k
