EXPERIENTIAL SESSIONS DESIGNED TO HELP YOUR TEAM NAVIGATE CHANGE WITH CONFIDENCE AND EXPERIMENTATION

My workshops are a hands-on affair, designed to help boost your team’s confidence in navigating change better, together.

Each session is designed to build one of the 5 conditions needed for your team to be a high performing, experimental one that navigates change and uncertainty well

Which topic would help your team the most right now?

CONNECTION

A safe session to turn your group from strangers to teammates, who know, understand and trust each other so they surface problems early, and work better together.

CLARITY

An applied strategic thinking session, where your team shapes and owns a new direction so they can prioritise well and make decisions autonomously.

CURIOSITY

A crash course in design thinking to help your team spot real problems worth solving, and come up with solutions that can survive contact with reality.

COURAGE

A live action session where your team shapes a real risk worth taking, pitches it to the room, and leaves with a first move they're actually committed to making

CELEBRATION

A structured learning loop to turn what your team has been doing into learning they can actually use, so the same mistakes stop showing up in new shapes.

WORKSHOP FORMATS

To give you an idea, each session can be delivered in the following formats:

  • A deep dive session designed as a crash course introduction on the topic you picked.

Each session is interactive, with teams expected to learn by doing, and reflecting on what they’re learning.

They can be delivered virtually or in person.

  • A more in depth look at the topic of your choice. Expect the team to go past the basics and into more customised learning that’s tailored to where they are today.

These sessions are better in person.

  • This is where we might combine a couple of topics to give your team a richer learning experience.

For example, you might choose to pick Connection and Clarity for a leadership offsite to build trust in the leadership group before we deep dive into shaping a new strategy.

These sessions are better in person.

  • These are helpful when you want the team to go beyond the basics, and apply and sustain what they’re learning over a longer period of time.

You could choose to prioritise one topic over multiple series, for example prioritising Connection over a series of sessions for a newly shaped leadership team. Or you could choose more than one topic if that’s what the team needs.

These sessions can be delivered online or in person.

Each of the topics above can be tackled in 1 or more sessions, with a range of formats available, depending on what your starting point looks like, your team size and make up, and your budget.

I can't recommend these sessions highly enough.

What clients say about working with me

As a relatively new team in the company, we needed help building connections and aligning on a common strategy. The Brick Coach session proved invaluable in achieving these goals. Through interactive exercises, we not only deepened our understanding of each other's strengths and perspectives but also successfully aligned our goals and vision.

The session facilitated collaboration, it helped us think more innovatively, and gave us confidence and creativity to tackle challenges head-on.

  • Each workshop is designed around your specific challenge—whether it’s leading through uncertainty, improving collaboration, or building an experimental culture. During our discovery conversation, I’ll help you choose the right format, duration, and cadence so the session leads directly to real‑world impact, not just insights.

  • Typical training is often about “learning content”; mine are about shifting behaviour.

I focus on your real‑time challenge, use your team’s context, and design in options that you can test and iterate on immediately, so the change starts the moment you leave the room.

  • I design experiential workshops that help teams communicate and collaborate better, take bolder action, and sustain change long after the session ends. Formats range from one‑off alignment sessions to a series of experiments that test new ways of working, tailored to your team’s size, context, and goals.

  • My 17 years in consulting means I am completely sector agnostic. I have delivered transformational work for global brands like the BBC, Amazon, and SwissRe across financial services, insurance, retail, travel, media, and heavy industrials. Leaders face similar challenges across the board, and my ability to take learnings from one industry to another is what makes my talks universally applicable.

  • While I co-create every session, here are the topics I’m currently speaking about:

    • Build Experimentation Cultures That Survive Uncertainty

    • From Strategy Deck to Team Breakthrough: The 90-Minute Pivot

    • Smart Risk: How Leaders Experiment Without Breaking the Bank

    • The 5 Conditions Every High-Performing Team Needs

We will start with a speaking fit call to diagnose the exact "stuckness" your team is facing and tailor a topic to match.

  • Yes! I run workshops, deliver keynotes, and have fireside chats remotely. I have experience working with big distributed teams—from NY and SF to Australia and New Zealand—to help them collaborate on a vision even when they don’t get many chances to hang out in person. If you’re planning a remote session, please mention that in your enquiry.

  • My workshops are designed to embed new behaviours into your day‑to‑day rhythms. By turning insights into simple, repeatable practices, they help teams sustain change, build confidence in taking smart risks, and keep learning from every win or miss.

  • Yes. Workshops can be delivered in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format. I tailor the design, tools, and flow so the experience feels just as powerful on video as it does in the same room.
