Meet your speaker
Amale Ghalbouni
(pronounced ah-maal gal-boo-nee)
Transformation Strategist | Executive Coach | Founder, The Brick Coach | Global Keynote Speaker
With almost two decades, Amale has transformed global brands by turning risk-averse cultures into experimentation engines. From strategy consulting at FTSE 100 firms to founding The Brick Coach, she now equips restless leaders to lead change-ready teams that move faster, together. She has worked with companies like Levi’s, UBS, Ralph Lauren, Generali, Visa, Microsoft, LSE, and many more.
Before TEDx stages, Amale pitched high-stakes recommendations to boards who needed real results, not just slide decks. Today, her keynotes and workshops deliver the same: sharp frameworks + real stories for immediate breakthroughs.

My most requested keynote topics
I’ve never given the same talk, or run the same workshop, twice. I tailor the content, the stories and the interaction to each audience’s needs.
These sessions can be offered as a keynote or longer form experiential workshops. Other topics are available on request.
FEARLESS LEADERSHIP IN TIMES OF DISRUPTION: How to move change-fatigued teams from Big Freeze to Free Flow by building an Experimental Culture
Disruption and uncertainty are here to stay. For many teams, that pressure shows up as delayed decisions, burned-out people, cautious behaviour and a culture of playing it safe.
In this keynote, Amale introduces the Big Freeze, what it looks like, why it happens and what it costs. She then shows leaders how to move their teams towards Free Flow by building the five conditions of an Experimental Culture: connection, clarity, curiosity, courage and celebration.
Your audience will leave knowing:
Why their teams are freezing, what’s really driving it, and how to spot it in everyday moments
How to build the conditions that help people speak up, focus, question, act and learn
Why high performance depends on the environment leaders create, and not the motivation people bring
Practical moves they can make this week to help their teams feel more change-ready
Ideal for:
Senior leadership conferences
Organisations navigating change fatigue or low initiative
Teams facing disruption, uncertainty or technology change
Moments when leaders need to rebuild trust, clarity and energy
THE SCIENCE OF BUILDING CHANGE READY TEAMS: How to shape change that survives contact with reality by applying the Experimental Change Method
Many change programmes stall because the change hasn’t been shaped for the real humans, politics, pressures and habits it needs to move through.
In this keynote, Amale introduces the Experimental Change Method, a practical way to turn big, messy change into something people can understand, support and act on. Audiences learn how to make change feel more survivable, so teams can stop circling the problem and start taking action.
Your audience will leave knowing:
Why so many change programmes stall once they meet real organisational life
How to shape change so people care enough to take it on
How to turn a big change into practical action teams can learn from quickly
What to do when resistance, self-doubt or old habits start pulling people backwards
Ideal for:
Transformation, strategy and innovation events
Leadership teams preparing for a major shift
Organisations navigating restructures, mergers or new ways of working
Teams expected to act despite the noise around them
Tailor every interaction to your team’s specific needs

Questions I get asked
I tried to cover the most common questions I get asked. For anything else, please feel free to drop me a line.
-
Yes! I run workshops, deliver keynotes, and have fireside chats remotely. I’ve spoken at large global events remotely, but screenshots of the event don’t really do the sessions justice, do they?
If you’re planning a remote session, please mention that in your enquiry -
Yes - I’ve done fireside chats, panels, AMAs, and MC’ed an event or two. My core formats are keynotes and workshops, but don’t let that stop you from dropping me a note if you have other formats in mind
-
Yep! I’ve run sessions in persons in Asia, Europe and the Americas - and remote sessions as far as Australia and New Zealand.
Please mention the location of your event when you fill in an enquiry form -
Yes. These are just some of my recent topics, but I’m happy to co-create a session around (almost) any topic in leadership, innovation, and transformation.

Biggest: 1000+
Smallest: 5!
I don’t believe in a cookie cutter approach to speaking or workshop design, so I work with each client to tailor the right session to the right audience they have in mind -
17 years in consulting means I am completely sector agnostic. I have worked across financial services, insurance, retail, travel, experiential, media, heavy industrials, and so so many more!
At the end of the day, leaders and teams are going through similar challenges across the board, and my ability to take learnings from one industry to the other is what makes my talks universally applicable. -
I always have slides. I’m a visual and kinaesthetic sort of human, and find having something to anchor my audience’s attention really helps.
So I would need an AV port and a screen. For workshops, expect me to bring props, bricks and other physical artefacts to engage your audience with! -
Sure thing, drop an email to amale@thebrick.coach with your request
